Floor seats at Heritage Bank Center bring fans close to the stage to see some of the biggest artists coming through the Cincinnati area. Fans seated on the floor typically have either a reserved or general admission floor ticket.

Reserved Seating

For a standard show, floor sections are numbered 1-6. Sections 1-3 are closest to the stage with 4-6 behind. Sitting in these seats is a great opportunity for fans to get close to their favorite artists.

When buying floor tickets, fans should be aware that others often stand during the concert. This can obstruct views for anyone on the shorter side - especially when seated further back in the section. As an alternative, look at sections in the lower level on the side.

Many artists will change the floor layout to a custom setup. This changes the number of sections and location of the reserved seats on the floor.

General Admission Tickets

Some artists have a general admission floor or pit section near the stage. Fans with tickets to these sections gain access to a specific area on the floor or the entire floor depending on the setup.

General admission tickets do not have an assigned seat and those looking to be closest to the stage should arrive early.
