RYS Expert Reviews
200 Level
(2026 Review) -
Budget-Friendly Seating: The 200 Level is the most affordable place to catch Sacramento Kings games and concerts.
Section Layout: Most sections have about twenty rows, with Row A at the front and the section entrance near Row C.
Social Spot: The Bud Light Junction near sections 210-213 offers a more social atmosphere.
Know Before You Buy: Seats behind the basket don't offer the best views for basketball, and concert sightlines depend heavily on where the stage is set up.
Who Should Sit Here
The 200 Level at Golden 1 Center is ideal for fans who want to be in the building without paying for premium seating. It's a great fit for budget-conscious Kings fans and concertgoers who prioritize value, as well as anyone who enjoys a lively, social crowd.
200 Level Seating Details
The 200 Level is the upper seating tier at Golden 1 Center. Most sections contain around twenty rows, with Row A at the front of each section. The section entrance sits near Row C, so seats in that area offer the shortest walks to and from the concourse.
Views from the 200 Level
For basketball games, the best views come from seats along the sidelines, while the lower rows of the corner sections offer the best deals. Seats behind the basket do not provide the best sightlines. For concerts, your view depends heavily on where the stage is placed according to the seating chart — sections 205 and 218 are a safe bet for both end-stage and center-stage setups.
Good to Know
Near sections 210-213, the Michelob Ultra Club promotes a more social atmosphere. For both basketball and concerts, we recommend buying tickets in the lowest row possible for the best experience.
Fan Reviews
★★★★★
Lighting fixtures in the way, and seats too far — The stage light rigs that were suspended from the ceiling were directly in the way of being able to view center stage. And what could be seen was too far to make out any good detail. There was one large screen on the complete opposite side of the stadium.
Also, sound system was not great. Only time the seats were OK was when artist crossed the crowd to our side, but even then it was very difficult to see. Forget being able to take any good photos!
