RYS Expert Reviews

Balcony Level

(2026 Review) - Where It Is: The 200 level at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, wrapping the arena above the lower bowl.  Budget-Friendly: Often the cheapest way into a Pacers game or concert.  Videoboard Views: The massive center videoboard is visible from every seat and row for replays and stats.  Row Matters: In the large side sections (up to 23 rows), aim for the first ten rows — they're much closer to the floor and the concourse.  Who Should Sit Here  The Balcony Level at Gainbridge Fieldhouse is for value-minded fans who want to catch a Pacers game or concert without paying for lower-level seats. It's a solid pick if you care more about being in the building and following the action on the videoboard than sitting close to the floor. If budget allows, spring for a lower row to stay near the concourse.  Balcony Level Seating Details  The Balcony refers to the sections on the arena's 200 level. The sections along the sides are the largest, holding up to 23 rows with row 1 at the front and an entrance near row 3. When buying in a side section, pay close attention to your row: the first ten rows are closer to the floor and more convenient to the concourse and its amenities. If those aren't available, look for a good deal in a higher row or consider a non-side section.  Views from the Balcony Level  Sightlines vary by row and section, but one constant is the massive center-hung videoboard — guests on all sides and in all rows get excellent looks at replays and stats. Lower rows put you noticeably closer to the floor, while higher rows in the deep side sections sit farther back.  Good to Know for Concerts  For most Gainbridge Fieldhouse concerts, the stage is set up at the far end of the floor. When that's the case, sections 208 and 225 are the best in the Balcony — close to the stage without too severe of a side angle.

Seating and Ticket Q&A

  • Is Section 207 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse handicap accessible?

Bankers Life Fieldhouse has public elevators which make all levels of the stadium accessible to the disabled. The elevators, as well as the disability drop-off, are located at the north end of the stadium. It is accessible from Bankers Life Court, a one-way street going east (off of Pennsylvania Street).

    Balcony Level Seating
Elevators make the Balcony level accessible, but the steep stairs are not for everyone

While you can get to the 200 level via elevator, you will still need to navigate stairs in order to get to row 15 of section 207. You will want to enter the section via the tunnel between sections 207 and 208, which will get you into the section at row 3. You will then need to walk up 12 rows to get to row 15, and seat 19 will be the 8th seat in from the aisle.
