For concerts at the Fox Theatre, the Pit is the closest area to the stage. This is typically a reserved seating area with five rows of seats labeled AAA-EEE. Due to their proximity to the stage, these are widely considered the best seats at Fox Theatre for a concert.

For performances other than concerts (theater and musicals) this area may be removed. For musicals, for example, the area is sunken down and is where the orchestra plays from.
