It works for Blues home fans who like the shooting end, value-minded buyers eyeing the corners, and concertgoers who want the best non-floor view of an end-stage show.  Plaza Level Seating Details  The Plaza Level covers the 100 Level sections wrapping the lower bowl. For Blues games, the team shoots twice toward the net in front of sections 109 and 110 — a popular end for home fans, while visiting fans may prefer the opposite end. Player benches sit in front of sections 102–104, and the penalty boxes are near Section 116.  Views from the Plaza Level  Most fans agree the best views come from the sections near center ice, though those carry the highest ticket prices.
