Texas students have rows 1-53 in sections 16-18, and all of sections 25 and 26 in DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium reserved for them.

Other Popular Seating Areas

  • Lower Level Corner Seating

    The Lower Level Corner seating sections are set at the very top of the lower seating bowl near the north endzone, providing some of the furthest views on the first tier of the stadium. But while the views may be distant, fans will have easier access to and from the seats as these sections feature no more than 20 numbered rows of seating.

    Sections 9 and 10 are among our favorites in this area as they will have better relief from the sun than any other section in the Lower Level Corner.

  • Lower Level Endzone Seating

    Sections in the Lower Level Endzone give fans an excellent view for scoring drives at the near endzone, but can have difficult views of the far end of the field especially in the lower rows which have less elevation above field level.

    Seats in the south endzone are in sections 16-19 are designated for Texas student seating. Seats here are close to the action, but have very little elevation to see the far end of the field, and require a 180 degree turn to see the large videoboard just behind the seats.

    Better overall views can be found in the north endzone, where fans can enjoy the action on the field and amazing head on views of the large videoboard. Each section in the north endzone features 52 rows of non-premium seating, followed by 11 rows of Terrace Club seating behind (Rows 54-64).

    Terrace Club (also known as Chairback Club) seats offer fans a comfortable place to watch the game thanks to chairback seating, minimal head turning to watch the action on the field, and excellent views of the large south endzone videoboard.

  • Lower Level Sideline Seating

    Along the sidelines on the lowest level of the stadium, seats here are some of the best in the stadium for watching a Texas Longhorns football game.

    On the west sideline, fans can find chairback seating in Sections 3-6 (Rows 6 & higher) and will also have some decent areas for overhead coverage and protection from the sun in the back rows of Sections 2-8. West sideline sections are very large with up to 84 numbered rows of seating, and entry tunnels are located near Rows 23 and 58.

    The east sideline is occupied mostly by Texas student seating (found in sections 25-27). Unlike the west sideline, there is no chairback seating here and fans will not have much protection from the sun during day games. Sections on the east lower level sideline are also very large with up to 80 numbered rows of seating and entry tunnels near Rows 23 and 58.

  • Upper Level Corner Seating

    Fans can find better views elsehwere, but the Upper Level Corner sections are one of the best places to search for cheap Texas football tickets at DKR Memorial Stadium. Far views and corner viewing angle helps keep prices more affordable, making these sections a good choice for fans on a budget.

    Rows 1-5 are located in the lower portion of these sections, where fans will have better views and shorter walks to and from the seats (higher numbered rows are located above the entry tunnels, with the last row of seating being Row 24). Visitor seating occupies most of the northeast corner, and can be found in Sections 119 through 125.

  • Upper Level Endzone Seating

    Best for fans that don't want to break the bank on tickets for a Texas football game, the Upper Level Endzone sections offer views that require minimal head turning, while also having impressive head on views of the large south endzone videoboard.

    Each section here has 24 numbered rows of seating, with Rows 1-5 located in the portion below the entry tunnel.

  • Upper Level Sideline Seating

    From the highest and furthest seating tier, the Upper Level Sideline sections will have distant views of the action but are a great place to find cheap tickets near midfield.

    Sections on the upper level west sideline are large with 54 numbered rows of seating and only a single entry tunnel for each section located near Row 18. While bigger and potentially further from the action, these seats will have one small advantage in getting the sun at their back sooner during a day game.

    On the east sideline on the upper seating tier, the sections are significantly smaller featuring no more than 24 rows of seating in each section. Rows 1-5 are located in the lower portion of these sections, offer better views and closer access to the entry tunnels than most the seating rows in the higher portion of the section. Fans here will have easier walks to and from the seats, but will also see much more sun throughout the day.
