Five Seating Levels: 100–500 sections move progressively farther from the stage    Closest Seats: Sections 100–102 and 200–204 offer the best proximity and views    Covered Seating: Most sections are under the pavilion roof, except parts of the 500 level    Obstructed Views Possible: Support beams and sound booth impact select sections    Best Value Areas: 301–302 and 401–402 offer strong views at a lower price    Who Should Sit Here  Reserved Seating is ideal for fans who want a guaranteed seat with a clear view of the stage. This area is best for those looking to balance proximity, comfort, and protection from the elements.  Reserved Seating Location & Layout  Reserved seating at Darien Lake Amphitheater spans five levels (100–500) and makes up the entire pavilion area in front of the lawn. Each level gradually increases in elevation and distance from the stage, giving fans a wide range of price and view options.  One of the main benefits of sitting in this area is the structure it provides—assigned seats, more consistent sightlines, and (in most sections) overhead coverage from the pavilion roof.  100 & 200 Levels (Closest Sections)  The most desirable seats in the venue are found in Sections 100–102 and 200–204. These sections offer the closest reserved seating and the most immersive views of the stage.  When no Pit is used, Sections 100–102 extend all the way to the stage, making them the closest seats available. For some shows, a general admission Pit replaces part of this area, pushing these sections slightly farther back.  These sections are typically the top choice for fans who prioritize proximity and view quality over price.  300 & 400 Levels (Mid-Pavilion Value)  Moving back, Sections 301–306 and 401–404 make up the middle of the pavilion. These sections are often considered a strong value, especially for fans who want to stay under cover without paying premium prices.  However, this level comes with some trade-offs. Certain sections are more prone to obstructions:  Section 400 sits directly behind the sound booth    Support beams can impact views in Sections 303, 304, 403, and 404    For a better experience on this level, Sections 301, 302, 401, and 402 tend to offer more consistent sightlines and fewer obstructions.  500 Level (Back of Pavilion)  Sections 500–508 are the last reserved seats before the lawn and are typically the most affordable assigned seating options.  These sections are smaller, with only about six rows, which makes getting in and out easier than in lower levels. However, they come with more limitations:  Many seats have obstructed views due to support beams    These sections are outside the main pavilion canopy, meaning they are exposed to weather    If rain is in the forecast, it’s important to come prepared, as these seats do not offer overhead protection.  Views from Reserved Seating  View quality improves the closer you are to the stage, but elevation also plays a role.  Lower levels provide the most immersive, close-up experience    Mid-level sections offer a balanced perspective with good value    Upper levels are more distant but still provide a full view of the performance    Obstructions and coverage become more important factors as you move farther back.  How to Choose the Right Level  Choose 100 or 200 levels for the best overall experience    Look at 301–302 or 401–402 for strong value with fewer obstructions    Use the 500 level if you want the cheapest reserved seat and are okay with exposure and potential view limitations
