VIP Suite Level Reviews
Fan Reviews
Nice privacy, but poor sound quality — We enjoyed the suite experience and the more private atmosphere away from the larger crowds. One thing to keep in mind is that seating within the suite is first-come, first-served. If you’re hoping to sit in the front row, plan to arrive early. We arrived later and ended up in the back row of the suite, which was a bit disappointing.
The view was excellent—elevated and directly facing the stage, providing a great perspective of the performance. However, the sound quality from this level left something to be desired. Near the end of the show, we moved down to the pavilion, where the audio was noticeably clearer and more immersive. Overall, the suites offer a comfortable and unique concert experience, but those prioritizing sound quality may prefer seating closer to the stage.
Toto - Aug 9, 2025 — Couldn't have picked better seats. The view was good and the suite was a nice area. Some of the stage lights were in our eyes - a few people around us put on their sunglasses. The wait staff wasn't too attentive and we had to hunt them down. I think we will be back for future shows.
DO NOT WASTE THE MONEY — Do not waste your money! Unknown bugs all over the seats in our suite (like lice or mites). Then people who stood up the entire concert blocking our view. Staff are wonderful. Do not waste your money. We had a better time on the main floor.
Bush and Live - Sep 6, 2019 — Suite is first come but was great. Bathroom is on other side near club 1.
Great experience.
Level 300 suite, center view. — At a bit of a distance, but you have a clear, center, unobstructed view of the stage.
Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa, and Too Short - Jul 21, 2023 — Probably the best seats in the venue, definitely worth the 150 I paid.
Sammy Hagar - Aug 3, 2024 — Great view of the stage, dedicated waitstaff for food.
Janet Jackson - May 27, 2023 — The suites are packed.
New Kids on the Block - Jun 15, 2024 — Great seats!
