Pit Location & Details

For many concerts at Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre, the Pit is added at the very front of the venue directly in front of the Pavilion sections. It is typically centered on the stage, aligning most closely with Section 103.

The size and shape of the Pit can vary from show to show. In most cases, it takes the place of some or all of the front Pavilion sections, particularly Sections 102-104, which may be removed or reconfigured to accommodate the space.

Unlike reserved seating areas, the Pit does not have assigned spots. Entry is general admission, meaning positioning within the area is based on when you arrive.

Views from the Pit

Views from the Pit are the closest in the venue and can feel incredibly immersive, especially if you’re near the front. However, sightlines depend heavily on your position and the crowd around you, and shorter fans may have obstructed views in packed conditions.

The pit floor is very slanted so the sight lines are great throughout. The ground is concrete, so for metal shows or any moshing, look out, it's not a soft landing! Sound was fantastic and the whole time I felt like I was seeing a big artist in a small GA venue.
