Great for the Cheap Seats
For being all the way in the last segment in the balcony these seats still felt awfully close. I was able to see all details and facial expressions of the acts on stage from where I was which I was not really expecting. The Chicago Theatre seats are pretty comfortable and everyone can see the entire stage clearly.
Row M is the first row located behind one of the walkways that split the upper balcony. This can be a blessing or a curse depending on the show you are at. Luckily I didn't have a lot of fans getting up out of their seats so there was not too many distractions. However, when someone would occasionally get up to go to the restroom, they would walk up the aisle and by me directly blocking my view. A small inconvenience, but still an inconvenience that I think is worth writing in my review.
Nice Balcony View
Seats were very nice. Venue is beautiful. Dream Theater are amazing.
Seats are low in the balcony, but pretty far to the right. Still the view was just fine. Sound was great.
Seating and Ticket Q&A
Why do my seats say 213 and 215? Are these seats together?
Yes, the seats you purchased will be together. At the Chicago Theatre, all seats in "Left" sections are odd and all seats in "Right" sections are even. Only seats in center sections are in sequential order.

For "Odd" sections seats will count up by two starting at 1 from the right side (i.e. 1, 3, 5, etc.). For "Even" sections, seats will count up by two starting at 2 from the left side (i.e. 2, 4, 6, etc.)
In your situation, seats 213 and 215 will be next each other in a section left of center stage.
