Chicago Theatre Balcony

Features & Amenities

The Balcony at Chicago Theatre includes traditional seating in the center and Balcony Boxes on each side.

Like Main Floor Seats, Balcony sections are divided into left and right sections. There are sections 1R-3R and 1L-3L, with Section 4 directly in the middle. Each of these sections have fewer than 19 rows and the rows are divided into sections of their own. Following rows E and L there are walkways going across that make it easier for patrons to get in and out of their seats.

Balcony Boxes

The Balcony Boxes are located along the left and right sides of the Balcony seating area. The Boxes on the left are numbered 1-9, with the boxes on the right numbered 10-18. Each box has at least 4 chairs for patrons to sit and enjoy the show. The views are not the best because you are not getting that center view, but you are still able to see the entire stage from each box section.

      (Balcony 4) - -

These seats are the second row in the upper balcony. With the rail covered, when you sat back in your seat you could not see the stage at all. Booster seats are available and I would highly suggest them for both children and adults under 5'6". The people in front of us in row M could not see as well...

      (Balcony 3R) - -

These seats were nice to be able to get to the walkway quickly. They are pretty close to the center of the theater with good views to the stage. Like many old theaters in Chicago, the seats are designed so that you can just see the front of the stage. You cannot see any of the crowd below. Due to t...
