Floor seats at CFG Bank Arena are typically split up into six sections labeled 1-6. Floor sections 1-3 are typically at the front of the floor, while sections 4-6 are at the back.

Front floor sections typically contain 35 rows of seats labeled A-Z followed by AA-HH. Rows in the rear floor sections are typically labeled A-Z.

In addition to reserved seating, some concerts at the Arena feature general admission areas on the floor. In some instances, the entire floor is general admission, while in other cases, a general admission pit is located directly in front of the stage.

When looking towards the stage from the seats on the floor, seat 1 is always on the right aisle.
