Shaded & Covered Seating
Where can I find covered or shaded seating at Spectrum Stadium?
At the home of the UCF Knights all outdoor seats are completely exposed to the elements. Unfortunately, on a rainy day this means that no seats are under cover.
On a hot day, fans will find relief on the west side of the stadium - particularly in the premium seating areas. Sections 209-211 and A-G sit just below the west side suite and press complex which provides ample shade as the day grows longer.
Although they are rarely available for sale, Loge Cabana seats are protected by a sun-shade.
Nearly all corner seating on the lower level is designated student seating. Each of these sections contain 20 rows of bleacher-style seating. The cheapest lower level tickets are commonly found within these sections. If considering seats here, we recommend sitting in the highest row possible for better views and accessibility.
Lower Endzone Seating
For most UCF home games, endzone seating on the lower level is over-run with Central Florida students cheering on the Knights. When tickets do become available in these areas, they offer an inexpensive alternative to other lower level seating options. Never-the-less, we prefer opting for something comparably priced on the upper level that will have a better view of the entire field.
Lower Sideline Seating
Sections along the lower sideline at Bounce House are among the most desirable for UCF football games. Sections closest to midfield, including 108-112 and 127-131, are part of the Stadium and Black & Gold Clubs, respectively. As part of these premium seating locations, ticketholders are rewarded with exclusive benefits and amenities.
All sideline seating in these areas contain 20 rows of seats with row 1 closest to the field and the best views coming in the higher rows. In addition to better views, higher rows are most accessible to the main concourse and walkway.
Fans sitting along the west sideline (sections 105-115) will be on the home side of the field and will have the sun at their backs at it sets.
Upper Corner Seating
With premium seating taking over many of the best sideline seating options, corner sections on the upper level provide some of the best value. These sections are priced far cheaper than sideline alternatives, and they still offer very good sitelines to the field.
Among these sections, those in the SW corner (e.g.: 205 and 206) are our favorites. The view from all corner sections is fairly similar, but these sections enjoy the sun at their back. When the Orlando sun is setting, it will be behind you instead of blinding you.
Upper Endzone Seating
For a unique perspective of the game, consider sitting behind the endzone on the second deck of seating. While this level is technically the upper deck, all seats are within 50 rows of the field (including lower level rows) and are situated at an ideal height.
As with most upper level sections, the seats are metal bleachers and sitting close to the first row (row 1) will provide the best access to the main walkway and concourse. Fans who prefer to sit in these seats enjoy their budget-friendly pricetag and quarterback's view of the action.
Upper Sideline Seating
All seats between the 25-yardlines have been turned into premium seating sections. These sections belong to either the Tower Club, Stadium Club or Black & Gold Club. The Tower Club is the most expensive of these options and is located on the less sunny side of the field in Sections A-G.
For those looking to sit along the sideline in a non-premium location, we recommend sections 207 and 208. These seats are adjacent to the Tower and Stadium Clubs and their ticket prices are a fraction of the cost. In addition to a lower pricetag, sections 207 and 208 will have the sun setting behind them.
