Just know the exact experience shifts depending on whether you're there for Lightning hockey or a concert.  Promenade Level Seating Details  The Promenade Level spans sections 101 through 130 on the lower level, ringing the entire seating bowl. Rows are lettered with Row A closest to the floor, and Row U is the last row in most sections. For hockey, the player benches sit in front of sections 101, 102, and 130, with the penalty box on the opposite side.  Views from the Promenade Level  For Lightning games, expect an up-close look at the ice, with the team shooting twice toward sections 108 and 109.
