Center Ice in the Upper Level — With these seats there was a lot of good and a lot of bad. First off, the good: these seats were perfectly at center ice. You could see end to end without straining your neck - just a small turn of the head and you can see breakouts with no issues. In fact, my girlfriend - who hasn't been to a hockey game with me in four years - said that she really enjoys live hockey and how easy it was to follow. I think these seats made it so much easier for her to see.
What I didn't like was the steepness of the upper level. I thought being in row K - which is 8 rows up the stairs - wasn't going to be that bad - but walking up those 8 rows is a pain. In fact, I decided not to drink this night because I didn't want the hassle of carrying beers up the stairs and the hassle of walking down to go to the bathroom. If I had aisle seats I probably would have gone for it.
In almost any seat you won't be able to see something. In our case, it was the battles on the boards closest to us. It was a little annoying at first, but the beautiful jumbotron really helped in those circumstances. By the second period I was really adept at checking the videoboard for those scrums and then focusing back on the ice when the puck was free.
Overall, solid seats for seeing everything on the ice. A little inconvenient at times, but definitely recommended for seasoned and amateur hockey fans.
Wow! Was not expecting this... — I bought these tickets to treat myself, a chance to get away from the crazies of the upper deck and the expensive seats of the lower bowl. These special “club level” seats gave me access to the stadium 30 minutes prior to the general public and when I walked in I couldn’t believe my eyes. First off, the entire club level of the stadium is sectioned off for only fans with club level tickets meaning you aren’t bumping into 1000 people on your way to the restroom. Additionally, the entire concourse is carpeted which is one of those added bonuses that I didn’t realize I loved until I had it just now. The seats are super comfy with extra padding. To top it all off, the drink/food option specific to this club level were unique and amazing. Honestly, foods I had never seen in a stadium before. My seats specifically, were located directly under one of the giant Tesla coils that would emit lightning bolts whenever the Lightning would score. 10/10 would recommend paying the extra money for all these benefits!
Great view of the stage! — Last night I attended WinterJam at Amalie Arena! What was cool about this show was that you got to choose your seat. That said, I didn’t anticipate so many to take full advantage of that and by the time I showed up the lower bowl was almost completely full. In order to keep my group of friends together we ventured to the 200 level. Section 210 was a blessing in desguise. We had a straight on view of the stage and the sound was perfect. However, being at the furthest end of the stadium, the performers looked quite small and we had to watch the video screens a lot. Besides that, the show rocked!
WOW - unreal floor level experience — This was my first time buying floor seats and boy was it worth it! I was able to clearly make out the facial expression of everyone on the stage as they brought the house down. The energy was through the roof! I will say, the sound was very loud this close so deff bring some earplugs if your ears are sensitive. Also, if someone very tall is standing in front of you, you’re kind of screwed. Luckily, this wasn’t my experience but my buddy next to me was complaining the whole time. Everyone has to experience seats like these at least once in their life!
High traffic area - visibility impeded — Lightning game is fun.
Grateful for the opportunity to go.
These seats are in a High traffic area where people coming and going steadily.
Unfortunately, Not everyone waits for a whistle so you will miss lots of live play throughout the evening. This was frustrating and created an argument in the row behind me.
Black bar in ledge plexiglass inhibits views of center ice to far neutral zone from seats 1-3.
Sorry I didn’t think to snap a photo.
Writing after the fact. Would not sit here again.
Tight squeeze in front of the press box — This row has NO leg room. My husband was in 318 M seat 4 and had to sit sideways the whole time because he was too tall to fit his legs between the tiny gap of leg room. I was in seat 1 and the stair railing was a real distraction from my view. The only thing I did like about the seats was that they provided a good angle for watching the Lightning game. Also I thought being in seat 1 meant it was an aisle seat, but it is NOT. You are still right next to someone.
Center ice - behind the teams — These seats are something special. If you ask me, there’s not a better view in the entire arena. It’s the perfect distance up in the section that allows for views of both goals throughout the game. This section is packed with die hard fans and tons of season ticket owners. If you come frequently, you’ll come to recognize the same faces which adds to the excitement in my opinion. I can’t wait to come back to this same spot for my next game!
Terrible railing design — The seats were really easy to get to. Right by the stairs and only about 4 rows up from the tunnel entrance. Restrooms were across the hall. The bad: the railings are completely in the way and very hard to watch the game without having to constantly move your head above and below the railings. We ended up just watching the big screen even though it had a half to one second delay.
Pentatonix - Christmas Tour - Dec 3, 2024 — One seat was a permanent fold seat. The other was a temporary chair. The chair seat was 4 inches higher than the permanent seat. I felt like I was sitting in a high chair the entire evening. This is probably my last live event. The two people in front of us held their phones in front of our faces while they videoed what seemed like the entire concert. It was very distracting.
Scary steep & skinny — I could live with the view because the concert was worth it. BUT..it was sooo steep going up and then to try to maneuver the row to your seat was terrifying without even the back of the seats of the row before to steady you. Now I know and would never again book up there no matter how bad I want to see the concert!
Good view and convenient — Great seats for a concert on the aisle. Near both men's and women's restrooms made quick restroom breaks (or beer runs) easy. I loved the elevated view over the stage from the side. Could see everything while being close.
Ps: The women's restroom line gets long so be prepared to go and miss a song or two.
For King And Country - Oct 13, 2019 — They were great seat, and only 3 rows from the rail. The only issue we had was that the people directly in front of us decided to stand during the first song and we could not see. They ended up moving the the first row which would have been ideal since no one would be in front of you standing.
Great — Seats were right beside where the visitors walk out. Great to watch for visitors shoot twice. Hard to see anything at the other end due to players standing and being so close to the boards. Huge screen so you can see all action on it until the transition of the blue line.
Good Seats for the price — The seats were good for the price. I had to stand a few times because people in front of me were in the way. As a fan for the opposing team, I had no problems. I also thought the atmosphere was fun and a lot more interactive than the lower seats.
NCAA Mens Basketball Tournament - Session 2 - Mar 20, 2026 — For NCAA Tourney. Great seats except Row A is open area on same elevation that for certain event is stuffed with folding chairs. Given it’s at same eye level, it’s tough to see above their heads. So, Row A and Row C are better than Row B.
Great seats for the price — Sat in row A which is the first row of the section. The lighting only attack once but you still get a good view of the other end. You can also put your feet up if you are in row A. Probably not good if you are afraid of heights, however.
Rod Wave - Sep 1, 2023 — Located on the side side of the stage. I thought they were great seats if you are looking to be close but not spend too much money. Also it was on the club level so the concessions were a lot less crowded.
Florida Panthers at Tampa Bay Lightning - Apr 25, 2024 — Had to watch on the big screen. Players and equipment in bench area blocked any view of the ice in any direction. Worst seats I ever purchased at this arena. Had a sore neck after the game.
Wish I Was Closer — ZL do not approve
These seats are far, but still worth it if you love the artist. Depending on the show you'll get a mix of people standing and sitting. I've had better seats.
Awesome aisle seats — Great view of entire rink. Nobody sitting behind you so I was able to stand when I wanted to and lean against wall. Bathrooms and food just steps away. Will sit here again!
Perfect view with runway stage — Awesome close views to the stage. There was a runway and we could see Blake Shelton perform really well. Loved sitting here and would sit here again. Highest recommendation!
Blake Shelton - Mar 3, 2023 — Seats were great for the cost. Obviously higher up from the stage. Only comment would have been it would have been nice to see the screens.
Andrea Bocelli - Feb 18, 2026 — Good, however, the very best seats are main floor near the stage. Cost much much more. No problem hearing the music, which we loved!
Horrible - they should not sell these seats- no visual of stage only back of stage - does not deserve one star — Bad bad and bad!!! Would never return to Amalie Arena - 8 ounce beer and 4 ounce wine were $30.00- Horrible seats and a rip off
Billy Joel - Feb 7, 2020 — The seats were very good however, the reason for the 3 star review was an obstruction and the club bars were closed.
Had front row In balcony, can’t see here — Ok if it’s a game in front of you, not good if the show is to the right and someone big is to your right.
Great view. Seats were awesome — 3 rows back from the floor. Side view of stage made you feel even closer.
Minnesota Wild at Tampa Bay Lightning - Jan 24, 2023 — My neck hurts from looking up at the jumbo-tron for half the game.
Billy Joel - Feb 7, 2020 — Amazing seats with a perfect view! Would buy again and again!
Trans-Siberian Orchestra - Dec 23, 2023 — Amazing. Saw everything. My first time there, very happy.
Spectacular seats! — Great view. Within feet of the stage and the performers!
Pittsburgh Penguins at Tampa Bay Lightning - Feb 6, 2020 — Reccomend to anyone who wants a great experience
Good view of entire action — Good view of entire arena but far from action.
Billy Joel Concert — 360 Stage View, Quality Seats
Andrea Bocelli - Feb 16, 2023 — Cramped - no leg room!
Montreal Canadiens at Tampa Bay Lightning - May 1, 2026 — View was great.
Get ready to go deaf — Never again.
Great seats — Go bolts
