It's a great fit if you're happy in the upper tier and willing to pick your section carefully — sticking to odd-numbered sections and the lowest rows gets you the smoothest access and the best experience for the price.  Balcony Level Seating Details  This is the upper seating tier at Ball Arena, divided into the Upper Balcony and Lower Balcony. Odd-numbered sections occupy the first three rows of the balcony and are accessed directly from the concourse.
