Features & Amenities
On the Ball Arena concert seating chart, Floor sections are are those located close to the stage. To most guests, these are the best and most desirable concert tickets.
Floor Seat Arrangements
Unlike many venues where Floor Seats are re-arranged for nearly every show, Ball Arena uses a fairly consistent floor setup from show-to-show.
For most end-stage concerts there are six floor sections labeled AAA-FFF. With the exception of section EEE - which is shortened due to the sound mixer - these sections have 25 rows of seats with row 1 at the front of the section.
Some shows will add General Admission (GA) sections. These areas do not have seats and spaces are un-reserved. The most common GA tickets are labeled GA Floor and GA Pit.
Recommended Floor Seats
When buying tickets in a reserved floor section, we recommend sticking to the first ten rows in any of the sections. This reduces the likelihood you will have difficulty seeing over fans in rows in front of you.
If your budget has you considering one of the farther rows, we recommend skipping out on a floor seat and instead look for tickets in one of the 100 level side sections that have elevation.

Wrong side Great seats. When I bought them though there was no seating chart as far as seat numbers themselves. So I assumed seat 1 and 2 would be the best seats in each row(closest to the stage),disappointed when I found out seats 11 and 12 are the best when you sit in section ccc.
We were given these seats which were replacement seats for a long 2.5 days of agony not being able to find my original tickets. Didn't think I was going to attend the concert. But you pulled through Floor Seats on the left 8 rows back..... GREAT SEATS!! Fun Crowd...Lots of Energy... Carlos Santana and his band were AMAZING.. I loved the arena and the Staff was so helpful with finding our seats...
Bruce Springsteen - Mar 2, 2023 Was nice to have first two seats opening to aisle, more room to act a fool! Great view, not too far back and felt a part of the show.
Fins Up!!! Great seats! Close to aisle, center stage, on the floor, couldn't ask for more! :)

Seating and Ticket Q&A
How are the seats numbered on the floor at Ball Arena for a concert?
In a traditional end stage configuration at the Ball Arena, seat 1 is located at the right side of the floor sections, while the higher numbered seats are at the left.
Where is Seat 1 in Section AAA at Ball Arena for Concerts?
For traditional end stage concerts at Ball Arena, Seat 1 is on the right side of the row as you face the Stage from Floor Section AAA. This means that the lower numbered seats will be closer to the stage, while the higher numbered seats are further towards the edges of the floor.
How many seats are in each row on the floor sections (AAA, BBB, CCC) at Ball Arena?
For traditional end-stage concerts at Ball Arena, the floor is split up into six sections, labeled AAA-FFF. For most concerts, seats are labeled 1-16 in the center-most floor sections, BBB and EEE. In the other four sections, seats are labeled 1-12.
In all instances, seat 1 is the right-most seat in the row. As a result, low-number seats in Sections AAA and DDD are closer to the center of the stage (as are high-number seats in CCC and FFF).
For the best overall experience, consider any seat number in BBB and EEE or seats 1-4 in AAA/DDD and 9-12 in CCC/FFF. Ball Arena does not reveal floor seat numbers, so it is important to know that these statements cover most concerts, but seat and row numbers do change from show to show.
