Corner seating at Audi Field has three groups of corner seating. Fans with tickets in the northwest corner (sections 132-134) should be aware of their proximity to the supporters section in sections 136 and 137. Fans looking for a loud and exciting experience may love being close to supporters while others wanting to focus on the game may want to stay away.
At the opposite end is the southeast and southwest corners. These sections are great to find some of the cheaper tickets for a soccer match at Audi Field. Luckily the stadium is smaller compared to some other teams that play in NFL stadiums and these seats still offer some great close views to the action on the pitch.
Sitting behind the net at a DC United game can bring a very different feeling depending on which side your tickets are for. Located on the north end of the stadium is the supporters location in sections 138 and 137. Fans with tickets for the supporters section will be standing and chanting the entire game. Seats are also bleacher style without backing to allow the fans to stand.
For a calmer experience at Audi Field, the south end stadiums will be a good option. Sections 115-119 have 37 rows with the entry tunnel coming in at the bottom. Fans near the top at row 37 should expect to walk up many steps to their seats.
The upper sideline sections run along either sideline of the pitch and experiences can vary depending on the side of the field your tickets are on. The west side sections (123-131) are large sections that run up to field level. Fans sitting in lower rows in these sections will be very close to the action. Look for tickets close to section 127 to be close to midfield.
On the opposite side of the pitch the upper sideline is split into 100 and 200 level section. Entry tunnels come in between the levels, so fans with 100 level tickets will head down while 200 level ticket holder will go up. Section 106 and 206 are located directly at midfield. All upper level sideline sections on the east side are located above the club level sections so they have a little more distance from the pitch compared to their west side counterparts.
