American Airlines Center Terrace Level

The Terrace Level at American Airlines Center refers to sections labeled in the 300s. This is the best spot to find cheap tickets for Mavs games, Stars game or a concert.

Side Sections in the Terrace Level

For most events, tickets along the sides are most desirable. Center court tickets for Mavs games and center ice seats for Stars games provide good views from an elevated position.

For concerts, the stage position changes from show-to-show. But when it is in its most common spot, sections 309 and 327 provide the best views from the side.

Side sections are split into upper and lower portions. Rows E and below are accessible from the section entrance and are sometimes labeled Terrace Preferred. Meanwhile, higher rows can only be accessed via an additional staircase.

Other Terrace Level Notes

  • Sections 315-321 are on the side where the Stars shoot twice
  • The stage is in front of lower sections 101 and 124 for most shows

    American Airlines Center 300 Level Steps
    The 300 level is split into a small lower and large upper section. At the entry tunnel are the stairs to go to that upper portion.

    The upper level at American Airlines Center includes a variety of different vantage points. In the east corner of the stadium are sections 328-332. Seats in these sections can be categorized as low, mid and high with the low seats being much lower down than the high seats. For the best experience, consider seats in rows AA-EE (low) or A-E (mid).

      Straight shot view of the court. Good view of the tv screen. Bathroom just outside in the hall and food/drink stands about 10 feet out. Photo does not do the seats justice! Definitely recommend! Staircase out/in about 30 feet in each direction so you can avoid the crowded escalators.
