Features & Amenities
Floor Seats at Allstate Arena are the sections located closest to the stage at event level. The size and layout of Floor sections changes from show-to-show so it's important to familiarize yourself with your event's seating chart.
Reserved Sections
Some Floor sections are reserved seating. This means that you will have an assigned section, row and seat. These sections are typically labeled with a number (e.g.: 1) and lower-numbered sections are typically closer to the stage.
Seat numbers for reserved Floor sections are often confusing to figure out. When there are multiple sections side-by-side, Seat 1 is usually closest to the center. But when a section runs the entire width of the floor, seat 1 is usually on the far-right side.
General Admission Sections
Some Allstate Arena concerts have General Admission (GA) sections on the floor. These are areas on the Floor where there are no seats and spaces are first-come, first-serve.
The most common GA sections are GA Floor - which tends to take up the entire Floor - and GA Pit - which is usually a smaller section near the stage.

Seating and Ticket Q&A
Better view at Allstate Arena, Section 210 Row M or Section 5 Row 3?
I would go with Section 5 Row 3. Section 210 Row M is all the way at the very top of the arena in one of the last rows of the section. It also has a side angle of the stage so it will not be looking straight at the performance but instead will be looking from the side. Section 5 Row 3 is in the floor seating area and will have a great view of the stage. The only problem with sitting in floor seats is that there is a chance that the people sitting in front of you could block the view because there is no elevation as you move back through the rows. I think that in this case it would be worth the risk because the view from Section 5 is a lot better than the back of Section 210.
Is Floor 3 Row 9 good seats?
These are very close seats to the stage and will offer good views. There is not any elevation between rows, so be aware that in Row 9 you will have 8 rows of fans in front of you. There is no way to be able to tell how tall the fans will be in front of you, but if you are on the shorter side it is important to be aware of.
