Cool view of the stadium, a little too far back

    Feb 2019

    Basketball Review
    Section 101, Row 30, Seat 9

I have a love/hate relationship with these seats. On the positive side, I loved this "full stadium" view which resulted from sitting this far back in the section. Anytime something exciting happened during the game, it was super cool to observe how the crowd reacted. Conversely, it was difficult to see the game itself. The players looked small on the court and it was hard to see when the ball was actually going through the hoop. I was forced to instead pay attention to the crowd and/or video-board for cues as to if the teams actually scored. If you like sitting behind the basket like I do, I would just suggest moving forward in the section 15-25 rows to better see the game.

    • 100 Level

      -

The 100 Level at T-Mobile Center is one of the best places to find close seating for concerts and basketball games. Most sections on this level contain 25-35 rows with entrances at the back.  Best 100 Level Seats for Concerts   Side sections provide some of the best unobstructed views of the stage from some of the closest distances. Rows 1-8 in side sections 108 and 115 may be the best seats not found on the Floor. In those sections; however, avoid going much higher as the angle of the section will have you staring away from stage.   A good alternative to high rows in 108 and 115 are sections 107 and 116, which provide comfortable views of the stage and will still have you close to the stage. Best Seats for Basketball Games  For basketball games, consider tickets in sections 105-107 and 116-118. Each of these sections provides an unobstructed view from within 30 rows of the court. For the most comfortable views, consider tickets in rows 15 and above where you'll have easy sitelines to each basket. On the player side of the court you'll find the section entrance at the top (near row 27), while entrances can be found at row 15 and row 27 in sections 116-118.

    • 100 Level Baseline (Basketball)

      -

If sitting on the lower level is important to you, the cheapest tickets will be located in the sections behind the baskets. For the Big 12 Tournament and other NCAA tournament games these seats are usually priced about the same as sideline seats on the upper level. We prefer the upper level seats for their unobstructed views, but fans often complain about how far away from the court they are. If you're hoping to get closer to the court in one of these lower baseline sections, be careful about the row you choose. The rows closest to the court behind the baskets are labeled with letters A-N. Numbered rows then begin at 1 and continue up to 35. With nearly 50 rows of seats, these are some of the largest lower level sections in any basketball arena - college or pro. In other words, your ticket may say row 20 on it, but you'll actually be about 35 rows from the court. If you can only find tickets in the upper rows of these sections, skip them and shoot for the seats on the upper level where the basket won't be in your way.

We went to the Taylor Swift concert last year and we did not expect this, but turns out she had a second stage right in front of us!!!! How cool is that?! It was an amazing night and I cried tears of joy :) I totally recommend those seats.
