There are a total of 30 seats in Section 9 Row 53 at Notre Dame Stadium. The aisles are located in the middle of the row, with Seats 14 and 15 being the first in off the aisle.
Lower Level Sideline sections are home to the best views for a football game at Notre Dame Stadium. Located on the lower seating tier and between the endzones, fans will enjoy the desired sideline viewing position and can also sit near the 50 yard line in Sections 9, 10, 27, and 28.
On the West sideline, the Home Preferred section is located directly behind the Notre Dame sideline and is the closest seating option to the home team. Conversely, visiting team fans can stay right by their team on the East sideline with seats in the Visitor Preferred section. Both the Home and Visitor preferred sections also offer chairback seating, and as the only areas with chairback seats, these sections are always in high demand.
With designated student seating located in Sections 28-30, seats nearby will have a louder and more energetic feel. Seats on the east sideline will see more sun during day and afternoon games, while the west sideline sections will have more shade as the day progresses thanks to the shadow cast by the Press Box.
