Features & Amenities
The best seats at San Diego Civic Theatre are located in the Orchestra seats that run right up to the stage. All Orchestra seats are within 25 rows of the stage with rows AA-CC at the front and A-V directly behind.
Because of their close proximity to the stage, guests will find excellent views from nearly every Orchestra seat. Even seats on the far left and right sides will have mostly unobstructed sitelines to the stage (tickets with obstructed views may be known as "sightline" seats and are usually priced at a discount and come with an obstructed-view warning).
No Aisle Breaks
The biggest complaint when sitting in the Orchetra is that there are no aisles between any of the seats. So while most guests would prefer to be seated in the center, that privilege also comes with the downside of having to walk over as many as 30 strangers as you make your way to your landing spot.
Guests with center seats are usually the last to get to the restroom at intermission and the last to exit the theater when the show is over.

Great View without spending a fortune These seats were about $125 each, making them mid level price at this venue and show and I was worried our view would be obstructed but it was perfect. We could see all elements of the stage, hear well, and were close enough to pick up on some bigger facial expressions of the actors.
