(2025 Review) - On the Cavs seating chart, 200 Level sections are also known as Loudville Seats. These are the cheapest tickets for Cavaliers games and concerts. Where to Sit  Each 200 Level section has 17 rows of seats, and your experience will vary depending on where you sit. The section tunnel comes in at row 3 on this level. To limit the number of stairs you have to climb, consider seats near this row. We also like rows 3-8 because they have fewer seats than the other rows. There's nothing worse than walking up a dozen steps only to realize your seats are in the middle of a long row. Views from Loudville Seats  These are the farthest seats from the floor, so guests should temper expectations when it comes to getting a great view. For basketball games, the best views will come from the lowest rows near center court. For end-stage concerts, sections 211 and 222 are the closest sections that can still see the entire stage. 

- The Upper Level Side sections at Rocket Arena have 17 rows. There are two steps between each row creating a steeper walk for those sitting at the top of the sections. To avoid having to walk up or down a bunch of steps, look close to row 3 where the tunnel from the concourse comes into the section.
