Target Center

How much legroom in the front row of the upper level at Target Center?

And how high is the cement wall in front of you?

The exact dimensions of the wall in front and legroom are unavailable. However, the wall is about three feet tall and has a railing above it. For more adults, the wall and railing are not difficult to see over, but smaller children will struggle. Additionally, the amount of leg room in the first row is slightly more than the amount in the other rows (unfortunately exact measurements are not available to us).

Front row legroom on the upper level at Target Center
Legroom in the front row will be slightly larger than others on the upper level, but these seats are not recommended for shorter fans due to the taller safety wall and railing at the front of the section
