Horrible Sound Do not buy these seats for a concert! Seats are under the balcony seats above and the noise is literally half of how it sounds in front of the overhang. I thought something was wrong with the sound at the concert until I walked down the aisle and was shocked at the difference. It really ruined enjoying the energy of the crowd and music. View from the seats was great though.

Last Row Row BB is in the last row which is definitely tucked away. The theater is somewhat small, so you don't feel too far away, but at the same time I felt a little removed. The big poles are not an issue, so no concerns there. The crowd is allowed to stand for shows here, so being in the last row be prepared to stand. Otherwise you won't see.

Back of a cool theater Even though I was in the last row I really liked these seats. There isn't really a bad seat in the house. These seats are beneath the overhang, but the big poles are not in the way of anything. If you want a more intimate feel, these seats are probably not for you. We did feel farther, but still a great time!

Sweet Seats Stage was in perfect view. We preferred to sit but some people stood in front of us for some songs. Shania is gorgeous.
