The Bearcat Lair at Nippert Stadium takes up the entirety of the north endzone sections. This has become a popular seating option for passionate Bearcat fans who want to make it tough on opponents approaching for a score.

These sections each have 20 rows with row 1 being the first row in each section. These are the only sections not attached to the main bowl and are bleacher-style.

For fans who want to be a part of the environment of a Bearcat game at Nippert Stadium, the Bearcat Lair is an excellent location to sit.
