Floor seats at American Airlines Center are a memorable experience for fans seeing their favorite artists. These seats will bring you closer than anywhere else in the entire arena and are typically filled with the most passionate fans.

Traditional Stage Setup

In a traditional end stage layout, floor sections 10-12 keep you as close as possible to the action while the very best views are found in floor section 11 thanks to the head on view of the stage. Sections in the center of the floor (11, 14, 17) typically have 16 seats in each, so the center most views will come when sitting in seat numbers 8-9.

There are usually 14 seats per row for an end stage performance. Low numbered seats are on the right side of every section when looking on the stage, so depending on the location of the section it may be more beneficial to have a higher or lower seat number.

Other Types of Setups

Often times touring artists will bring their own unique setup to the venues they play. For this reason it is important to check the concert seating chart for the show you want to see so you understand where you are purchasing tickets.

When shows have general admission floors, tickets will not have any reserved seats on the floor. Instead, the floor will be completely empty outside of the stage and fans can stand anywhere they choose. For the best views, arrive early before the doors open.

I was in quite a lot of pain after the first hour from having to look up so much. the concert we were at did have roof level imagery. Had no problem seeing over the heads of the rows in front of us.
