The Platinum Level is a great place to find an upscale experience at American Airlines Center. The viewing height is ideal from the second tier of seating, and fans will also have access to the premium restaurants and bars on the dedicated, upscale Platinum level concourse.

One of the best benefits of sitting on the Platinum Level for sporting events is the in-seat wait service. Fans will not have to miss a minute of the action as they can purchase food and beverage to be brought directly to their seat. Note: this amenity is not typically available for concerts.

The largest sections on this level only have 8 rows of seating. These smaller sections make a more comfortable and less congested experience.

Platinum Preferred Seating

Sections 208-211 and 216-219 are considered Platinum Preferred section. The only added benefit to these seats are their spectacular views to the court, rink, or stage.

For sporting events, these sideline locations mixed with the elevated height of the level make for an ideal views. For concerts, these sections are the closest to the stage and also have perfects sight lines to the stage.

Front row helped. Big side screen like watching it on TV. They occasionally used the back of the circular stage, but you really needed to be more out-front for the full effect.

These seats were great, we could see the whole court the game was amazing. The people who worked our section were very sweet and helpful. We saw a game last year and sat in section 117 about 5 rows behind the MAVS bench, but if I can't sit there I would definitely sit in 216 again.

The better seats for both view and comfort will be in Section 220. The lower level baseline gets you closer to the action, but you will have a limited view from behind the basket in these sections.... Read More
