Promenade Level

- On the Kia Center seating chart, the 200 Level is also known as the Promenade Level. This is the best place to find cheap tickets for a Magic game or concert. Most Promenade sections have up to 16 rows of seats. For the best experience, we recommend guests sit in rows 1-4. These seats are just below the section entrance and have superior views to the upper rows. Additional Promenade Level Notes Accessible seating is available near row 5 in odd-numbered sections Section 208 is our favorite section on this levelNear concessions and amenities Good views for basketball and concerts A kid-friendly area is located near sections 204-206 The primary Promenade Level bar is near section 201

Actually level 7 and a steep climb, and terrible slope We are from UK and thought that level 217 was on the 2nd Floor, sold as priority seating for fan club pre-sale. Being over 70 and disabled (not wheelchair bound) these seats were appalling.

We requested assistance, and were in tears travelling from UK especially to see TSO We were eventually given seating in the same area, but level with the entrance was still several step up. Just in time for the start of the show, we were so afraid we would not see the show. However, several other people joined this area having been unable or unwilling to sit in 7th Level. The signage in this venue is poor too. We entered from the 5th Floor Garage, but later worked out that level 1 (which was were we entered) was actually Level one, so were totally confused. We are not strangers to USA and knew from many hotels that uk ground floor, is floor 1, and therefore assumed that 217 was the first floor up as in hotels, how wrong can you be.
