- On the Kia Center seating chart, the 200 Level is also known as the Promenade Level. This is the best place to find cheap tickets for a Magic game or concert. Most Promenade sections have up to 16 rows of seats. For the best experience, we recommend guests sit in rows 1-4. These seats are just below the section entrance and have superior views to the upper rows.
