Floor seating at Grand Casino Arena is divided into three sections for most end-stage performances. These sections are commonly labeled Floor Right, Floor Center, and Floor Left. These three sections start with Row 1 up against the stage and can have more than 50 rows in total.
Best Floor Seats for Left/Center/Right Shows
Fans sitting in Floor Center will have the best views for a traditional setup thanks to the excellent positioning with the center of the stage. Most rows in the center floor have 14 seats in each (seat 1 being on the right aisle, seat 14 on the left aisle), leaving seats 7 and 8 with the most ideal positioning to the center of the action.
Tickets in the center floor section are often in the highest demand and therefore also the most expensive, but you can still find excellent seats in Floor Right and Floor Left. If sitting in Floor Right, opt for the higher numbered seats to be closer to the middle of the stage. Conversely, if you are searching in Floor Left you will want to be in the lower numbered seats which are closer to Floor Center. Most rows in Floor Left and Floor Right also contain 14 seats in each.
For most typical end stage shows, you can find an aisle break between rows 24 and 25 of each floor section. This provides excellent room for fans sitting in row 25, and also provides additional clearance from fans in front for a better view to the stage.
Other Floor Setups
While the Left/Center/Right floor setup is the most basic, many shows have a unique floor setup. The most common alternatives include General Admission (GA) sections. A ticket in one of these areas gives guests access to a specific area of the Floor, but there are no seats and spaces are first-come, first-serve.

Where are the best seats for the 5SOS concert at Xcel Energy Center?
5SOS Minneapolis Seating Chart
The 5 Seconds of Summer show in the Twin Cities is set up as a end-stage show
The 5 Seconds of Summer concert at the Xcel Energy Center features a fairly standard end-stage floor layout with General Admission Pit sections located in front of Floor Sections R, L and C.
Consider Sections 103 and 117 or Center Floor
Section 103 will give you a good view of the main stage and the catwalk
Some of the best seats for the 5 Seconds of Summer show will be located in Sections 103 and 117. These seats will keep you close to the stage, while allowing you to see the front of the performance at both the main end stage and the catwalk stage which extends out to the middle of the floor. Sections 102 and 118 would keep you closer to the action, however you will have more a side view and it would be difficult to see the front of the band when at the catwalk stage.
If you don't mind the more rowdy atmosphere and standing for most of the show, Floor Section C will also be an excellent option as it is the closest seating facing the center of the stage. It might be difficult to see if you have taller fans in the seats right in front of you, but this will be one of the most exciting options for the concert.
