Features & Amenities

The Orchestra at Gershwin Theatre is home to the closest and best seats to see a Brodway show in New York. Seating is split into a center section and two side sections. The experience can differ depending on where you sit.

Note: Tickets listed in the "Side" section can be located in either the Left or Right orchestra sections.

Best Seats at Gershwin Theatre

Sitting in the Center Orchestra will give the best views for a performance. Specifically, the closest seats in rows AA-EE and A-F will provide a very memorable experience thanks to a centered location and a close proximity to the stage.

Other great seats for a Broadway show at Gershwin Theatre are seats in rows G-P in any Orchestra section or any seats in the Front Mezzanine.

Orchestra Stadium Views

Stadium seating on the Orchestra level refers to rows Q-Z. Since Gershwin Theatre is not very big, these seats still have good views to the stage.

When looking at tickets, look at seats in the Center Orchestra section. If there are not any good options, views from rows Q-U in the side sections are very comparable to the Front Orchestra seats that overhang it.

Partial View Seating

Some tickets are listed as partial or obstructed view. These seats are located in rows AA-EE and A-K on the outside aisles of the Left and Right Orchestra sections. Certain areas of the stage and show will be obstructed due to the angle and depth of the stage from these seats.

Note: These seats are highlighted on the map

First time to the Gershwin. We were at the top in the back row with plenty of elbow a leg room. Good view.
