Balcony Level
(2026 Review) -
Upper Level Location: The Balcony Level is the 200 Level at Frost Bank Center, spanning Sections 200-231.
Budget-Friendly Seating: The most affordable tickets in the arena, though these are the furthest seats from the action.
HEB Fan Zone: During Spurs games, sections 214-218 anchor a party area with a massive bar, attractions, and most of the level's concessions.
Sit Low: These are steep sections with up to 23 rows — aim for the lowest row possible to avoid a long climb and sub-par views up top.
Who Should Sit Here
The Balcony Level at Frost Bank Center is built for fans who want to catch a Spurs game without spending big. It's ideal for budget-minded groups who are happy to trade proximity for price, and anyone who wants easy access to a lively bar-and-attractions atmosphere between periods.
Balcony Level Seating Details
The Balcony Level is the 200 Level, made up of Sections 200-231. Despite Frost Bank Center being one of the smaller arenas in the NBA, this upper tier is massive, with up to 23 rows in each section. It's a steep level, and the top rows sit a good 20-row walk from the section tunnel. For Spurs games, this area is also known as the HEB Fan Zone Level.
Views from the Balcony Level
As the furthest seats from the action, the Balcony Level gives you a full look at the floor, but views drop off noticeably in the upper half of each section. Rows toward the top deliver sub-par sightlines, so the lower you sit, the better the experience.
Things to Note
HEB Fan Zone: Between Sections 214 and 218, guests find a party area with a massive bar and attractions.
Concessions: Most of the amenities and concessions on this level are clustered near the 214-218 end, so sitting close to that end adds convenience.
Pro Tip: Buy Row 8 or Lower
Regardless of section, aim for tickets in Row 8 or below. Even if it means sitting farther from center court, the lower rows offer the best experience on the Balcony/HEB Fan Zone Level — better views and a much shorter climb.
Seating Notes
- For basketball games, we recommend these seats for kids and family

For Concerts, Section 218 May Have a Limited View
218 is behind the stage or to the side of the stage for most concerts. This may restrict or limit your view of the performance.
