Features & Amenities

At the Fox Theatre, the Mezzanine sections are a favorite among experienced theatre-goers. This area has some of the best views for Broadway shows and other performances.

Mezzanine vs. Orchestra

When looking for tickets, guests are often surprised to find that Mezzanine seats are priced the same as - or higher than - the Orchestra. Most assume that the closer seats are better.

Those who have been to the Fox before know that the sightlines from the Mezzanine are excellent. The elevation of this area allows guests to see the entire stage in a single view. This is especially important for shows with a lot of fast-moving action. Mezzanine sections 3-5 are often the first areas to sell out.

As you might expect, the biggest downside to the Mezzanine is being farther away from the stage. This can make it difficult to see intricate set designs and costumes, and requires a hike up the stairs from the main lobby.

Mezzanine Seat and Row Numbers
