Pentatonix concert Dec 17 2024 Seats were obstructed side views of performers at best. Couldn’t see any of the 3 huge screens, which (from viewing images on social media) were an important part of the show. We were able to see the blinding flashing side LED spotlights throughout the show, though. Our large section (plus a mirrored one on the other side) seem to have been forgotten in every way. The rest of the concert - performers and audience included - was lit up at times. Our section was completely dark, and the extreme angle made it impossible to see most of the show. I felt worse for those around me, many of whom seemed very excited to be there, but the mood dropped as soon as the show started, and continued throughout. The couple next to us paid over $300 for their 2 seats. Ours were (thankfully?) a Christmas gift. I’m sure the people that gave us the gift would be shocked if we told them how the seats really were. It was bananas that neither huge side screen was aimed at the far left and right sides of the audience. If we could’ve seen a screen, it would’ve probably made the terrible angle tolerable. And angling a screen our way would’ve still made it visible to everyone in the center. We could actually see behind the stage fairly well, although there was nothing exciting going on there. For about 1/3 of the show, the quintet moved from the main stage to a mini stage area on the far opposite side of the Fiserv Forum. Laughingly, our view was even worse then. All the people in the center that had the great view were now sitting with their backs to the singers. But because of the huge screens in front of them, none even turned to see the singers because the screens were more than good enough. We could see neither. The photos make it appear like we had some crazy nosebleed seats. We were in the 24th row.
