Section 211 at FedExForum

(2026 Review) - Upper Tier Seating: The Terrace Level is FedExForum's 200 Level — the upper deck and the farthest seats from the action.  Best Value: Usually the most affordable seats in the building, making it the go-to for budget-minded fans.  Sit Low: The first ten rows offer easier concourse access, better sightlines to the floor, and great videoboard views.  Avoid the Top: Top rows in the large sideline sections are very far away and require dozens of steps to reach the concourse.  Who Should Sit Here  The Terrace Level at FedExForum is for fans who want to catch a game or concert without paying premium prices. It's a smart pick if you care more about being in the building for a good deal than sitting close to the floor. Families and casual fans will find plenty of affordable options up here.  Terrace Level Seating Details  The Terrace Level is another name for the 200 Level seats. Most sections have between 15 and 25 rows. The largest sections run along the sides; the corner sections, such as 212 and 221, sit at the ends of the court. For the best experience, aim for the first ten rows in any section — they're closer to the concourse and easier to get to. Try to avoid the top rows in the big sideline sections, which are both far from the action and a long climb from the concourse.  Views from the Terrace Level  These are the farthest seats from the action, but the lower rows still deliver solid sightlines to the floor and great views of the videoboard. Corner sections like 212 and 221 offer better-than-expected views of both ends of the court.  Best Terrace Level Deals  For basketball games, the best deals are in corner sections like 212 and 221. They're priced far lower than the sideline sections, so it's more affordable to sit in a lower row while still getting good views of both ends of the court. Those same corner sections tend to be good value for concerts too, though they may be too far from the stage for some guests.
