RYS Expert Reviews

Restricted View

(2026 Review) - For hockey events at the Delta Center, sections 117–127 behind the nets and in the corners can have restricted views due to the arena’s configuration, particularly when plays develop around the nearest goal. As you move higher in the rows, the obstruction can become more noticeable, especially when viewing the net below, although recent renovations have improved sightlines from many of the upper-level sections.  The least restricted views in these areas are typically found in Row 1 of the upper-level sections, where fans can see over the 100-level railing and get a clearer view of the rink and action below.  If you’re looking for a more complete view of the ice from behind the goal, the newly renovated sections 103–106, along with sections in the 500 and 600 levels, were designed with hockey in mind and provide better sightlines of both the near and far goals. While the renovations have significantly improved the experience, some sightline limitations can still be present depending on the section and row, so fans should keep this in mind when purchasing seats in these areas.

Restricted Views

(2026 Review) - For hockey games at the Delta Center, sections 117–127 are considered restricted-view areas because the arena’s design can block visibility of the closest goal and corners. As you move higher in the rows, the obstruction becomes more noticeable, particularly when viewing the net below.  If you’re looking for a full-ice view from behind the goal, the newly renovated sections 103–106, along with sections in the 500 and 600 levels, were designed with hockey in mind. These sections provide better sightlines of both the near and far goals.

Upper Level Corner (Basketball)

- Sections in the upper level corners is where you'll find some of the most affordable tickets without getting stuck directly behind the baskets. Entry tunnels create a smaller seating area in the even numbered sections (which begin at Row 8), while the odd numbered sections extend to the front of the seating tier at Row 1.  Most of the handicap seating on the upper tier at Delta Center is found in the corners sections, found at the front of Sections 105, 115, 129, and 139. Additional accessible seating is also available in last rows of Sections 128 and 129. Fans looking for a more social atmosphere will want to be near Section 106, which features the Jazz Pub (the only bar on the upper level) just outside the concourse tunnel.

Seating Notes
