What row number does the second level start with at Conte Forum?
Most of the second level (double-letter sections) at Conte Forum start with Row 16 at the front, and go as far back as Row 40. Sections LL and XX are the exceptions, as these start with Row 19 at the front.

Most upper level sections start with Row 16 at the front (other than sections LL and XX which start with Row 19)
