RYS Expert Reviews

Field Level

(2026 Review) - Lower Tier Location: Field Level seating runs along both sidelines and wraps toward the endzones for some of the closest views in the stadium.  Home vs. Visitor Sides: Clemson fans sit on the south sideline in Sections D–G behind the Tigers bench; the visiting team occupies the north sideline in front of Sections N–Q.  The Hill: A grass lawn behind the uprights at the east endzone, a popular student spot.  Visitor Endzone: Section V on the opposite end is a strong pick for visiting fans, with select seats part of the visiting team allotment.  Row Tip: Sections have up to 45 rows; Rows DD and higher balance viewing height with easy concourse access.  Who Should Sit Here  Field Level at Clemson Memorial Stadium is for fans who want to be as close to the action as possible. Home supporters gravitate to the south sideline behind the Tigers bench, while visiting fans have their own natural home on the north sideline and in the east endzone. It's a great fit if proximity to the field matters more than elevation.  Field Level Seating Details  These sections sit on the lower tier along both sidelines and near the endzones. Clemson fans should look to the south sideline Sections D–G to sit right behind the Tigers bench, while the north sideline in front of Sections N–Q hosts the visiting team. On the east end, the Hill is a grass lawn directly behind the uprights, and Section V anchors the opposite endzone for visitor fans. Entry tunnels are located at the top of each section, so seats closest to the field require the longest walk down. Single-lettered rows sit at the front, followed by the double-lettered rows.  Views from the Field Level  Sideline sections deliver low, close-up views, with the potential to sit right near midfield in the best lower-level spots. Fans on the east end near Section V get head-on views of the scoreboard above the east endzone and have the sun at their backs sooner.  Good to Know  For a great combination of viewing height and easy access to and from the concourse, aim for Rows DD and higher — you avoid the longest climb from the field-level tunnels while still keeping a strong sideline view.

Lower Level Endzone

(2026 Review) - The Lower Level Endzone seating area features one of the more unique options for taking in a Clemson football game at the east end of the stadium. Also known as the Hill, a grass lawn occupies the area directly behind the uprights at the east endzone, and is a popular place for students to watch the game.  On the opposite side of the field, Section V is a great option for fans of the visitors as select seats within this section are often designated for the visiting team ticket allotment. Fans on this end will also get the sun at their back sooner, providing a cooler seating option with head on views of the scoreboard above the East endzone.
