RYS Expert Reviews

Infield Box Seats

(2026 Review) - Primary Seating Bowl: Sections 106 –124 form the largest reserved seating area at Camelback Ranch.    Excellent Depth: Each section features at least 19 rows, yet all seats remain within 30 rows of the field.    Shade Hub: The upper rows on the first-base side are the most reliably shaded seats in the stadium.    Modern Infield Views: Provides a classic, elevated perspective of the entire diamond for both Dodgers and White Sox games.    Who should sit here?  Infiled Box Seats are ideal for fans who want a traditional stadium experience with a clear view of the whole field. It’s the top choice for those who prioritize staying cool, as the upper rows on the first-base side offer the best sun protection in the ballpark.  Infield Box Location  Infield Box sections are located directly behind the main cross-aisle, wrapping around the infield from the first-base line to the third-base line. These sections (106–124) sit just above the Dugout and Home Plate Boxes, making them easy to access from the main concourse at Camelback Ranch.  Perspective from Infield Box seats  Because these sections are elevated above the lower boxes, they offer a comprehensive "scout" view of the diamond. You have a great angle to see the pitcher-catcher dynamic and track every play across the infield. Despite being the largest seating area, the design ensures that every fan is within 30 rows of the field, maintaining an intimate spring training feel.  Sun Exposure & Pro Tips  Target the First-Base Side: If staying out of the sun is a priority, focus on sections 106–113. The roof keeps these areas well-protected throughout the game.    The Third-Base Sun: Conversely, the third-base side (sections 118–124) is heavily exposed. Fans in these sections will likely face the sun for most of the game.    Aisle Traffic: Since row 1 of the Infield Boxes is situated right along the main walkway, be prepared for intermittent foot traffic that can briefly obstruct your view during the middle of an inning.    Alternative Options  If you are looking for a cheaper alternative, consider the Baseline Terrace (102–105). These seats offer a similar elevated perspective further down the line at a lower price point. For fans who want the absolute best experience at Camelback Ranch, the Dugout or Home Plate Boxes (6–24) are a significant upgrade. Those sections put you directly against the field and behind the dugouts, whereas the Infield Boxes are positioned further back behind the main walkway.
