RYS Expert Reviews

Baseline Terrace/Reserved

(2026 Review) - Baseline Sections: Comprised of Sections 102–105 (first base) and 125–128 (third base).    Elevated Infield Perspectives: Positioned just beyond the infield dirt, offering clear views of the diamond from both baselines.    The Shade Divide: First-base sections (102–105) feature an extended roof-line for protection, while third-base sections (125–128) are fully exposed to the sun.    Economic Reserved Seating: These sections provide a lower ticket price than the Infield or Dugout Boxes while still offering a dedicated stadium seat.    Who should sit here?  Families and fans looking to avoid the heat should aim for the first-base "Terrace" sections (Sections 102–105). The third-base "Reserved" sections are better for budget-conscious fans who don't mind the direct Arizona sun in exchange for a cheaper seat at Camelback Ranch.  Baseline Terrace and Reserved Location  When looking at the Camelback Ranch seating chart, sections 102-105 and 125-128 are labeled Baseline Terrace and Baseline Reserved, respectively. These sections are located down the foul lines, starting about 10 rows from the field behind the Field Boxes. Sections 102-105 are on the Chicago White Sox side (first base), while 125-128 are on the Los Angeles Dodgers side (third base).  Perspective from Baseline Seats  Both seating areas offer excellent 100-level views down the baselines, providing a clear look at plays at the corners and the pitcher-batter exchange. Since these seats are elevated above the field-level boxes, you get a broader perspective of the entire diamond. The angle is side-on, looking across the field toward the opposite dugout and the outfield video board.  Know Before You Go  The Sun Factor: The biggest difference between Terrace and Reserved sections is exposure to the sun. Because of their lower ticket price and roof coverage, we highly recommend sections 102-105 for families.    Concourse Proximity: These sections are located right off the main cross-aisle, offering quick access to Camelback Ranch restrooms and concession stands.  Cross-Aisle Traffic: Since these sections start just behind the main concourse walkway, your view may be briefly interrupted by fans moving through the cross-aisle during the game.
