Field Seats seating chart location

Features & Amenities

Field Seats at the Superdome are widely considered the best seats for a concert. These sections are located directly on the field and have the best views of the stage.

Concert Seating Charts and Sections

The seating chart for Superdome concerts varies by performance. For most major concerts, the stage is set up near the South endzone and Field Seats face that direction.

Most Field Seats are reserved seating. Guests will have an assigned section, row and seat. Reserved sections are typically labeled with a letter and the sections closest to the stage are most desirable.

Some concerts sell general admission (GA) tickets on the field. These tickets do not come with a seat. Instead, they grant you access to a specific area on the field where you can stand. Spaces are first-come, first-serve and guests who arrive earliest have the best chance for the best spot. These tickets are usually labeled GA Field, GA Pit or GA Floor.

Fan Reviews

It’s a walkway I paid a lot for these floor seats at Essence and they were not worth the money at all. The map on Ticketmaster does not indicate that there is a large walkway in front of these seats that EVERYONE seated in front or behind you must pass. People walked by all night. Also they are SO Small and close.
