    Last Row of the Stadium

    Apr 2014

    Basketball Review
    Section 210, Row 23, Seat 13

What's it like in the last row of the AT&T Center? It's like being alone in a dark cave while trying to get a glimpse of the world around you. The Upper Level is really steep to begin with, and by the time you get to Row 23 you've had enough. When you finally take your seats you realize that someone forgot to turn on the lights in the last row. It's really, really dark (the whole stadium is actually really, really dark). Then you look up and realize that you're above the cameraman on the catwalk. Really? Please don't bring kids up this high, unless you enjoy the punishment of walking a ton of steep stairs every ten minutes to get them cotton candy or so they can "try" to go to the bathroom. It's not worth it. For the playoffs when it's sold out, and it's nice just to get inside, these are OK. But during the regular season, spend a little more and get seats lower down.

    • Balcony Level

      -

If you sit in the Balcony Level at AT&T Center, you might not realize that this is one of the smaller arenas in the NBA. With up to 23 rows of seats in each section, the Balcony Level is simply massive. Best Places to Sit in the Balcony Level For Spurs games, this area is also known as the HEB Fan Zone Level. Between sections 214 and 218 guests will find a party area with a massive bar, attractions and most of the amenities and concessions on this level. If convenience is important to you, we recommend sitting close to this end of the stadium. Regardless of what section you're sitting in, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets in the lowest row possible. This is a steep upper level and the top rows are a good 20-row walk from the section tunnel. Once you finally reach your seats and catch your breath, you'll notice sub-par views in the upper half of each section. Even if it means sitting farther away from the center of the arena, purchase tickets in rows 8 and below for the best experience in the Balcony/HEB Fan Zone.

    • "High up, Decent View"

      (Section 206) - -

These seats are a chore to get to. It's a lot of steps up and down each time. So if you do get seats this high, do yourself a favor and aim for aisle seats. At least that way you'll save some time getting in and out. The view is from really far away, but there are no obstructions and you can see ...

    • "Glass Railing Not a Problem!"

      (Section 207) - -

I love first row seats when the ledge is big enough to put a drink on! There were some question marks about these seats, particularly with the railing in the first row. But the glass that's in place is really easy to see through and doesn't obstruct your view at all. This section has an amazing v...
