The secondary ticket market continues to grow. Recent estimates report that secondary ticket market sales are between $3-$5 billion annually.
RateYourSeats.com hopes to protect the more than 100 million online ticket buyers by providing them with fair and accurate seat ratings. There's nothing worse than shelling out $100 for a seat, only to find out you can't see the action. Or spending $200 to take the family to a ballgame, only to realize that you bought tickets in the free-flowing alcohol section and your kids will be coming home with a whole new vocabulary.
Who We Are
RateYourSeats.com was founded by two sports and concert fans who spend a lot of money buying tickets online. RateYourSeats.com was inspired by an online ticket purchase that ended in having to spend nine innings uncomfortably looking over a railing at a baseball game in Chicago. Since that time, RateYourSeats.com has been committed to helping fans get the most out of their event-going experience.
