RYS Expert Reviews

Floor Seats

(2026 Review) - Closest Seating Area: Floor sits directly in front of the stage for the most immersive views    Reserved Pit Section: Rows AA–CC offer the absolute closest seated experience    Sections 1–3 Just Behind: Still very close with strong sightlines throughout    Flexible Layout: Can convert to a full General Admission floor for select shows    High-Demand Area: One of the most sought-after ticket options in the venue    Who Should Sit Here  Floor seats are ideal for fans who want to be as close to the stage as possible while maintaining a structured seating experience. This area is perfect for those who prioritize proximity and want to feel fully connected to the performance.  Floor Location & Details  The Floor at Toyota Pavilion at Concord is located directly in front of the stage and is divided into multiple sections depending on the event setup.  For most reserved seating shows, the Floor includes a Pit section at the very front, followed by Sections 1–3 just behind. This layout creates multiple tiers of premium seating, all within close range of the performance.  Pit Seats  The Pit section is the closest reserved seating area in the venue and offers some of the most desirable seats available.  This section typically includes just three rows (AA–CC), making it a very small and exclusive area. Fans seated here will be right up against the stage, providing an incredibly immersive and up-close experience.  Sections 1–3  Located just behind the Pit, Sections 1–3 also offer excellent proximity and strong views of the stage.  These sections typically feature around eight rows (DD–LL) and provide a slightly more elevated and relaxed experience compared to the Pit. While not quite as close, they still deliver a premium viewing experience at a slightly lower price point.  General Admission Floor (When Applicable)  For select performances, the entire floor — including the Pit and Sections 1–3 — may be converted into a General Admission (GA) area.  In this setup, all seats are removed, and the space becomes a large standing-room-only section. Fans can move freely, and positioning is determined by arrival time. Those who arrive early will have the best chance to secure spots near the front and center of the stage.  Views from the Floor  Views from the Floor are among the best in the venue due to proximity.  The Pit offers the closest and most direct perspective, while Sections 1–3 provide slightly more space and structure without sacrificing much in terms of distance. Across all setups, being closer to the center will provide the most balanced view of the stage.  Other Considerations  Layout varies by show — always check the seating chart before purchasing    Pit seats are limited and often come at a premium price    GA setups require standing for the duration of the performance    Front-and-center positioning offers the best overall experience
