"Blocked from the big board"

Seat Review From Section 454, Row 6, Seat 23
Aug 2014

Walking into the stadium behind the north endzone, you get a great view of the amazing videoboard that sits above the south endzone. Sadly however, that was all just a tease as where I was sitting in Section 454 left me with no view of the gigantic TV.
It would have been great to have the big board in my line of sight as I was constantly battling for a clear view of the field, contested by the steady stream of fans walking up and down the aisle (perhaps my fault for choosing seats on the aisle). A guard railing at the bottom of the aisle made it difficult to see a portion of the endzone, but the rest of the field was easily visible when the fan traffic in the aisle died down. Sitting a few seats off the aisle would be the smart thing to do here, and would help with both the railing being in the way, and not having to be constantly frustrated by people walking up and down right in front of you.

Best for... fans on a budget

Avoid if... you want to watch the game

Quiet and comfortable on the upper level

Aug 2014

Section 454, Row B, Seat 19

At Row B I was sitting in just the second row from the very front of the upper seating tier. The upper level sections are divided into two portions, with the lettered rows located below the entry tunnel and closer to the field, and the numbered rows located above the entryway and further from the field. In Section 454, there were only two lettered rows in the front portion, making it feel like our own small private seating area. The viewing height provided a great position to be able to see all areas of the field, and the corner placement kept the seats pointed right at midfield so I didn't have to move around much to follow the play. Railings at the front of the section made it difficult to see parts of the near endzone, but overall the views were very good. Unfortunately you don't have much of any view of the large videoboard, but the smaller one is easy to watch and located directly in the line of sight.

  • "Good angle to field at a great height"

    (Section 405) - -

The low rows of the 400 level are at a great height for seeing football. You can see the entire field without turning your head much, and you're not too high, so you can actually see a decent amount of detail. They're considerably better than double-digit rows. The only drawback are the railings....

  • "Quiet and Family Friendly"

    (Section 402) - -

Even though they were in Row 14, these seats seemed a lot higher up that that. You can easily see the whole field, but just not a lot of detail. No obstructions, though, and the angle to the field is good. If you don't mind walking up all the stairs, I think they're a good fit for a family. They...

  • "Better views in rows behind"

    (Section 455) - -

The railing at the very front of the section ruins what could have been a great view to the field. I understand they need to have the railings there for safety, but unfortunately that means you have to look through metal to watch parts of the game. With only 2 rows of seating in my section, it was...
