Best Seats For a Concert at T-Mobile Center
The most common seating layout at T-Mobile Center for concerts is an end-stage setup with the stage located near sections Section 109, Section 110 and Section 111. For many concerts there are also slight variations to the layout, which may include General Admission seats, fan pits and B-stages.
On the Floor: Sections Floor 1, Floor 2, Floor 3 and Floor 4 are Floor Seats, which offer some of the closest views of the performers. For many concerts, floor sections are added or removed. These performer-specific adjustments may alter the floor layout and the views from each floor section.
To the Side of the Stage: For close views of the stage with a little bit of elevation, consider seats to the side of the stage in Section 106, Section 107 and Section 116. The view is not head-on like on the floor, but many of the seats are closer to the stage, provide better elevation and are actual stadium seats.
Head-on to the Stage: Seats directly across from the stage, like those in Section 101, Section 122, Section 201 and Section 202 provide the most comfortable looks of the performance.
Even upper level sections offer unobstructed sitelines. Just keep in mind that you won't be able to see as much detail from these seats as you would if you sat closer to the stage.
Consider the Following When Buying Concert Tickets
Seats behind the stage are occassionally sold: Unless your main objective is to just get in the building, you'll want to completely avoid anything behind the stage - like those in/near or above sections Section 109, Section 110, Section 111 and Section 112. It's unlikely the performer will turn around to salute you - and you're more likely to be completely blocked out from seeing the show.
If you're on the shorter side (or bringing kids), consider floor seats only in the first few rows: The most common complaint amongst floor ticketholders is that they can't see the stage because of taller people in front of them. As an alternative, consider side sections near the stage that will still have you close and high enough to see.
Lower level side sections are not created equal: While the side sections closest to the stage are top-notch, side sections farther from the stage may leave you with a cramp in your neck. Sections 105 and 118 are not well-angled towards the stage - leaving you to turn your head for an ideal view. Instead, consider head-on sections in the lower level or even close side seats in the upper level like 210 and 223.

Obstructed Seating
Avoid Row(s) 27-35 in Section(s) and 120 for Concert -
Views from rows 27-35 in sections 103 and 120 may be partially obstructed by the wall separating side and end seating.

The farthest seats from the stage are the end seats in Sections 201-204 and 229-232. Because of their distance, these are usually the cheapest concert tickets at the T-Mobile Center. In all sections except for 204 and 229, you'll find unobstructed views of the stage from a head-on position.
Those who favor comfort over close-up views will find these seats perfectly acceptable.
Sections 204 and 229 run up against a wall, which makes for some awkward seating arrangements. Each section has 15 numbered rows of seating.
200 Level Side (Concert) Seating
Because the T-Mobile Center was built for basketball, what would be the best side sections on the 200 level are just so-so. Sections 211 and 222, in particular, are the closest seats to the stage on this level, but are severely angled away from the stage, making for some uncomfortable views.
Sections 210 and 223 do not suffer from the same issue and are a good way to save money over lower level tickets.
Most side sections contain 10 rows of seating with the concourse tunnel at Row 10.
100 Level Baseline (Basketball) Seating
If sitting on the lower level is important to you, the cheapest tickets will be located in the sections behind the baskets. For the Big 12 Tournament and other NCAA tournament games these seats are usually priced about the same as sideline seats on the upper level. We prefer the upper level seats for their unobstructed views, but fans often complain about how far away from the court they are. If you're hoping to get closer to the court in one of these lower baseline sections, be careful about the row you choose.
The rows closest to the court behind the baskets are labeled with letters A-N. Numbered rows then begin at 1 and continue up to 35. With nearly 50 rows of seats, these are some of the largest lower level sections in any basketball arena - college or pro. In other words, your ticket may say row 20 on it, but you'll actually be about 35 rows from the court. If you can only find tickets in the upper rows of these sections, skip them and shoot for the seats on the upper level where the basket won't be in your way.
100 Level Corner (Basketball) Seating
The corner sections at T-Mobile Center are above average when it comes to watching basketball. The best of the bunch are the sections closest to the sideline like 104 and 108. Despite being slightly behind the basket, these sections offer a good view of the closest hoop and a great angle towards the other end of the court.
When looking at tickets in the other corner sections (103, 109, etc.), it is not worth it to purchase tickets in one of the lower rows. The first row in these sections is pushed back away from the court and does not offer the premium experience you might expect out of being seated in a low row. Instead, aim for a higher row where you'll have a better view of the court and closer access to the concourse.
