The best seats in the upper level at Scott Stadium are found in sections 530-536 on the Virginia side and 504-510 on the visitor side. Each of these sections offers an unobstructed view of the field from an elevated perspective.
Some of the best views in the whole stadium are in the first five rows (A-E) of sections near midfield. The views from these seats are similar to the views from the top rows of the lower level and these rows are closest to the concourse tunnel.
Even fans in higher rows will find a better-than-expected experience due to the smallish size of the Scott Stadium upper deck. The longest walks up the stairs lead to Row Z where the height is more similar to the front row of an upper deck as opposed to the last. Fans won't find cover, shade or chairbacks in any of these seats, but neither will fans in the more expensive lower level sections.
