"Lean Forward for a Great View"

Seat Review From Section 246, Row 1, Seat 7
Sep 2013

Comments

The first row in the 200 level corner had amazing unobstructed views, just as long as I leaned forward a bit rather than just sitting back in the seat. The guard wall was a good unobtrusive structure as I've been to other stadiums with railing bars that are just obnoxious. The sign says not to lean or sit on the railing, and while I wouldn't recommend the sitting part, I had no problem resting my arms against the wall as I leaned forward in my seat. The ledge of the guard wall is angled back towards the seats, so unfortunately it can't be used as a small table to rest food and beverage on. Check out the photos for a view when sitting back, and the far better view when leaning forward.

    • "Great view of the entire field"

      (Section 224B) - -

You're almost in the 300 level being so far back, but you get a really good view of the whole field and you're at eye-level with the videoboards. Plus, the seats are covered which is a nice bonus. If you can get these seats cheap, go for it.

    • "Cool view down the field"

      (Section 203A) - -

If you have kids, you may want to avoid sitting here. The block in front of you is about three feet high so they'll have a tough time seeing over it. For other fans, the only concern is that the near side of the field is a little tough to see. You get a cool view down the field but it would be bette...

    • "Weak Concessions"

      (Section 249B) - -

It was the last row in the section and under the roof from the deck above which provided protection and didn't limit the view at all. I could see all areas of the field well, but the view did feel far when the ball was at the opposite end of the field. The fact that the concourse was close by wasn...
